D-MAX Urethane Bump Rubber, Soft (Rear Suspension)

This bump rubber has the same shape as our existing one, but with softer urethane, developed because drivers want different bump-touch feels. The bump rubber acts as a second spring: contacting it from a certain stroke and compressing it has the same effect as raising the spring rate, pushing the tire harder into the ground for more grip. If it's hit too fast or is too hard, the tire collapses all at once and gets overwhelmed, so our bump rubber uses a progressive structure where the rate builds gradually.

Material

*Urethane changes color with UV exposure, but this has no effect on strength or quality.
