High rigidity prevents breaking and bending, and in drifting the increased steering angle gives you more countersteer. Rigidity is dramatically higher than the OEM rod, making this an essential arm for drifting. The integrated washer increases steering angle.

D1SPEC Tie Rod End, Ball Joint Type (30mm extended)
The tie rod end plays the critical role of connecting the knuckle to the steering gearbox. Modern drift setups mostly use extended lower arms, leaving the tie rod and end too short. Various brands sell parts to make up the length; this product extends the end by 30mm to make up that length without sacrificing strength. Ball joints rely on grease inside the boot for smooth movement and protection. This Ball Joint Type tie rod end uses a reinforced boot, refreshing the steering while keeping a neutral, stock-like feel.
*Cannot be installed on OEM suspension; certain conditions are required for installation. *Varies by vehicle, but can only be installed when used together with our tie rods. *Required when the tie rod or tie rod end is too short, e.g. with short knuckles or extended lower arms. *On vehicles with OEM knuckles and OEM front lower arms, proper alignment may not be achievable. *Please check the thread diameter. *Uses reinforced bellows bushings. *Depending on the knuckle used, it may interfere with the folded edge of the OEM lower arm. *Interfering areas must be modified
