D-MAX D1SPEC Rear Drop Link (Toyota 86/GR86/BRZ)

This is the rod that connects the sway bar to the D1SPEC Pillow Ball Rear Lower Arm (FT86/GR86/BRZ). At stock ride height, the angle between the sway bar and link is close to 90 degrees on nearly every vehicle, but lowering the car or changing arm length changes that angle, so the sway bar no longer works as designed — left/right stroke changes, roll control decreases and ride quality suffers. On a lowered car, adjustable links let you restore the stock angle so the sway bar performs as intended.

Co-developed with Kawabata, who drives an 86 as his personal car, does demo runs for TOYO Tires and competes in the D1 GRAND PRIX series in a GR86.
