D-MAX D1SPEC Pillow Ball Rear Upper Arm (Toyota 86/GR86/BRZ)

Installing this product allows camber adjustment at the upper arm as well, enabling a wider range of suspension setups than ever, and increasing the rear tire contact patch for much better grip. Simply replacing the bushing with a pillow ball eliminates flex and reduces alignment changes, improving unstable behavior and increasing arm rigidity. We also remade samples many times on a 3D printer to reroute the reinforcement bar away from the frame, so it is less likely to hit the frame even when lowered — allowing setups that weren't possible before.

Co-developed with Kawabata, who drives an 86 as his personal car, does demo runs for TOYO Tires and competes in the D1 GRAND PRIX series in a GR86.
