D-MAX D1SPEC Offset Rack Adapter (Ver.1)

Offsets the tie rod position 25mm toward the lower arm. Offsetting it forward prevents inverse-joint (arm lock) and maximizes rack-end pinion travel. Developed and tested on Formula Drift US and D1 GRAND PRIX competition cars. Combined with racing knuckles it delivers a dramatic improvement. Installation requires conditions such as short parts, and setup including alignment is essential.

*With the OEM rack, steering-angle rings are 7mm on the driver side and 14mm on the passenger side; with our rack, they are 9mm on both sides.
*Before installing, apply a thread locker such as Loctite to one turn of the threads to prevent loosening.
