*Most water leaks are caused by an improperly installed or deteriorated seal between the body and lamp.

*If the lens fogs: tail lamps are not sealed so that the air inside can ventilate. This releases heat generated by the lamp
keeps the interior of the lamp in optimal condition.
*The tail lamp interior is not sealed, so condensation may fog the lens during long periods of rain or high humidity. This is normal.
*Fogging will clear if left for a while. If it bothers you, disconnect the tail lamp connector on a sunny day and leave it for a while.
*The seal (caulking) between the body and lamp is a very important part for preventing water leaks. If it shows wear or damage when removed,
Always replace with a new one.
*A gap of a few millimeters between the body and this product after installation is due to body or installation tolerances and is not a defect.
