Like Ver.1, it corrects the unstable behavior of a lowered rear suspension. Adjusting toe lets you change the rear understeer/oversteer balance; the OEM adjustment range was narrow and limited. The biggest feature of Ver.2 is the offset rod, which prevents arm lock. The rod body is a turnbuckle design, and a second turnbuckle on the pillow-ball side allows fine adjustment after installation. Because the member side and knuckle side can be adjusted to equal length, load on the threads — the most stressed area — is reduced. It also makes it easy to respond to sudden changes in track conditions.
